Your dzough can last 5 days from the delivery date (we know it won't last that long, but in case you were wondering). If you want to keep it for longer, feel free to throw it in the freezer. This extends the life of dzough for up to 6 months. We recommend letting it thaw for 60-80 minutes.
Freezing extends the best by date up to 6 months. If you put your dzough in the freezer when you get it, you have 5 days in the refrigerator when you take it out. If you enjoy your dzough for 1 day and then put it in the freezer, you have 4 days left in the fridge when you take it out. If you enjoy your dzough for 2 days and then you put it in there freezer, you have 3 days left in the fridge when you take it out, and so on.

Yes. Please make sure to put in the refrigerator when you get it. Anytime you are not eating it, please keep in the fridge.

Our dzough clusters are gluten free, but made in a facility with gluten.

Yes, they are microwavable. To enjoy microwaved, please be sure your dzough is frozen from the start. Then, take the lid off of our jar, place in the microwave for 1 minute and enjoy!
