It's natural to have reservations, and I empathize because I would have shared the same concerns. However, I invite you to embrace the philosophy of "moderation is key."
In the past, I grappled with the concept of moderation, often resorting to complete abstinence from certain foods. Yet, this approach had its own set of challenges. It made returning to these indulgences all the more difficult, often resulting in overindulgence. At dzough, we have redefined moderation. We meticulously select and apply toppings with precision, ensuring that you receive the perfect amount to satisfy both your sweet tooth and your conscience.
dzough has not only allowed me to express my culinary creativity through our dough, but has also introduced me to an incredible community. dzough was born in March 2023, we are still in our infancy and on a path of growth. The future fills me with anticipation, and I eagerly await the exciting developments that lie ahead. Together, we will embark on a journey of culinary exploration and responsible indulgence.
